As owner of Buds Tree Care, Ryan fills his days lots of tree activity. Keeping up with the tree industry and using continued learning for his employees. Its is important to always have a certified Arborist on staff.

Jeremiah McKenzie: General Manager
Jeremiah comes to Buds Tree Care after managing and running a rental company along with operating a tree service on the side. Jeremiah is a father of five children and married to a wonderful young lady named Alexis. He is a husband, a hard worker, and a dedicated father to his family. He has been greatly blessed by God and is a blessing to a lot of people. Jeremiah is the general manager at Buds Tree Care.
Gary German: Human Resources
Gary German comes to Buds Tree Care after over 25 years of working at Sam’s Club as the store manager. Gary’s roots with Buds Tree Care start from the very beginning as an early investor. For years Gary lived in Louisville Kentucky with his better half Jane, and after her passing in 2022 he moved back to Illinois. Gary decided to join his son-in-law‘s business and has became a real asset to the company. He is a hard worker, a dad, and a dedicated grandparent. Gary in his spare time operates a karaoke business called Garyoke.

Being around tree work since he was a baby has groomed him into a hardworking young man. He enjoys being apart of a team
